  •  Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Yes, absolutely! Having a mobile-friendly website is more important now that ever before! We work hard to ensure your website is responsive on modern devices and browsers.

  •  How much do you charge to build a website?

A website design is estimated based on the needs of each individual project. Every website is unique and requires different components. Please use the free estimate form, fill out the details and we’ll be happy to assist you.

  •  How long will it take to complete my website?

The size and pace of any project is set by the client. How much input you can provide during the initial stages, your feedback and how fast you can provide your content.

  •  Can I update my website by myself when it’s finished?

Yes to a certain degree. We encourage our clients to take control of their website and learn how to manage the content.

FAQ

  •  Who writes the content and text copy for the website?

We require you (the client) to provide all the text copy and images for your website. You are the expert on your business, so it’s vital that it comes from you. 

  •  Will you maintain our website for us?

We provide ongoing support for many of our clients but it’s not mandatory with a new website or a re-work of a website. If you want a monthly maintenance package just let us know during the build process, Or you can add it later on if you like. 

  •  Do you provide hosting or domain names?

No, You will be responsible for purchasing the hosting account and the domain name. We don’t trap our clients into a “Use us or go away” system, like a lot of other agencies do. 

  •  What if I need help with my site later on?

We are only a phone call or an email away! We’re here to help you as much or as little as you need.
